HALON ALARM PREVENTION

And this is in spite of the fact that it is a rare HALON system that doesn't require TWO detectors in simultaneous alarm before initiating discharge. The basic element of the detection system senses smoke by measuring the deflection of a light beam caused by particulate in the air and it can not differentiate between smoke particulate and ordinary dust. Besides wasting your valuable time, these nuisance alarms dull the reactions of your people for that critical real alarm.
