Contract Cleaning Programs

Selecting the best team to clean your high risk data center is a challenge. The conventional custodial crew member is untrained in the specifics of cleaning this critical space, rarely has the unique tools required and is uneasy being in a high tech/risk room in the first place. Learn More >>

Triple Cleaning 3C

Data Center managers know that the sub-floor plenum must be kept clean and that the risks associated with this task prohibit the use of the regular custodial staff. The first part of the solution is in the selection of the people to do the cleaning. Day labor will not suffice. While the tasks are simple, each operation must be undertaken by an associate with the intelligence to appreciate the financial risks involved, the integrity to work carefully to pursue dirt and trash in the most awkward locations, and the stamina to endure until the whole job is done. Room Coordinates

Computer rooms and switch rooms grow and divide and, as they do, getting your bearings based on equipment and wall locations becomes more difficult. Also, just because you know the exact tile under which something is buried, doesn't mean that you can convey that location to a third party. It is a very simple and inexpensive thing to do, but once done it brings precision to locating things forever. Power Cable Labeling

Electrical power supply in technical rooms is ever-changing in location, devices served and circuit configuration. Losing track of what devices are served by each circuit breaker is an all-too-common introduction of higher risk to sensitive operations. Your identification system should be such that if any device needs to be switched on (or off), the rawest rookie on your staff should be able to quickly and positively identify the proper circuit breaker. Static Free Wax

Communication switch equipment manufacturers require clean environments with static free floor coatings that dissipate electric charges. Floor wax specifically compounded to meet this requirement is required for communication rooms. Switch rooms that are dirty are dull and uninspiring. Our associates clean the whole room diligently to set up their waxing operation. Learn More >>

Encapsulation

Concrete sub-floors are continually spalling off a fine grit that can not be picked up even by HEPA vacuums. It is this fine grit that can get past protections for your magnetic media and electronics. Test your sub-floor by wiping your fingers over the surface. If your fingers discover a fine talcom-like residue, then you need Encapsulation. For obvious reasons, Encapsulation must be performed in conjunction with a Triple Cleaning. The result is a computer room environment that will be a joy for the life of the facility. Learn More >>
