Single Cleaning Procedure
-

The entire cleaning crew will be walked through the spaces to be cleaned and briefed on:
- The order of work to be performed.
- The timing of the job.
- All known special conditions that exist.
The Fire Suppression system can be suspended during cleaning if desired.
The top of the floor and underneath computer will be cleaned using HEPA Vacuums, lambs wool wipers, and long plastic wands. Vacuums will be started away from any magnetic media.
All floor tiles will be treated with care to preserve their edge trim.
Cleaning of printing ink and scuff marks is done with good old hand scrubbing.
Double Cleaning Procedure - (Also include the following)

The top of the floor will be hand scrubbed with specially selected RISE solvents for cleaning laminated tile floors. We then remove the cleaning solvent using water dampened towels.
Cleaning the hardware cabinets to their bright initial luster will add sparkle to your room and lift the hearts of the operators. It is one of our joys to see the renewed pride exhibited by the operating personnel when the equipment is cleaned. We use the same solvent as that used by IBM service personnel.
A written report on the cleaning operation and observations for the Client's consideration will be presented with the final bill.
Triple Cleaning Procedure - (Also include the following)
-

Each perforated tile will be lifted out and all captured dirt and pepper trash removed. This will be done on cardboard with a special vacuum fitting used to reach in the corners.
Every floor tile that is accessible and free of computer gear leveling feet will be removed for cleaning. The tops of all raised floor stringers will be vacuumed and wiped. The entire underfloor will be carefully vacuumed with the cables moved for cleaning. Areas under the floor where prudence prohibits moving obstructions will be noted to the owner in the final report on the cleaning.
